On April 2, 2024, Gouverneur Masonic Temple #217 had our offical visit from St Lawerance DDGM Ken Hebb. It was a good turn out with visiting brothers from St Lawerace #111. This was a great opportunity to hear the Grand Masters message and to present one brother with his DSA and another with a rededication of his DSA jewel. The Deputy Grand Master also presented Gouverneur #217 with the RW Tom Jenison traveling gavel. DDGM Ken Hebb present W∴Robert Saidel with his DSA apron and jewel. He than presented Bro. John Johnson with his rededicated DSA jewel. RW Ken Hebb presented the lodge with the RW Tom Jenison traveling gavel. The gavel will next travel to Edwards Wildwood Lodge on April 23rd. It was a great night of fellowship and masonic education. I would like to take this opportunity to thank our St Lawerace District Deputy for detection to the St Lawerence District and to the craft of masonry. This was his last offical visit to our lodge as the DDGM. I wish him well and can not wait to see what great things there are to come for him in our great fraternity.
