(Albany, NY) It was chilly outside, but it was all chili and cornbread inside! Master’s Lodge #5 hosted their second annual chili cook-off before their state communication. Under the direction of Junior Warden Br. Ed Lass, the 22 brothers brought their A game, including Texan, Vegetarian, Southwestern, Classical, and other special chilis.  It was a tough contest, but Br. Philip Aydinian won with his Indian Chili. “Events like this highlight the brotherhood of Master’s Lodge #5,” commented Worshipful Br. Philip Aydinian. “Everyone was a winner tonight tasting these excellent chilis! Mark your calendar for the 2026 contest on January 26, 2026!
