The Masonic Leadership Initiative (MLI) is an electrifying initiative for all New York State Masons eager to unlock their potential and master the art of leadership both inside and outside the Lodge. The MLI is a new training program offered by the Grand Lodge of New York Leadership and Educational Services Team in partnership with the Excelsior Project of the New York State Council of Deliberation, AASR, NMJ. The program is based upon the teaching of Dr. John C. Maxwell. Dr. Maxwell, is an internationally respected American Pastor, motivational speaker, leadership expert, coach, and best-selling author.

Learn & Lead Sessions Get ready to supercharge your leadership skills with our exciting MLI Learn & Lead Sessions! Modeled after the dynamic corporate lunch-and-learn format, these sessions bring the power of the Maxwell Leadership Methodology right to your screen via Zoom. Each twenty-to-thirty-minute session dives deep into a specific topic from one of the Maxwell Leadership Books featured in our curriculum. Expect engaging discussions, insightful teachings, and open Q&A with a Maxwell Leadership Certified Team Member. These sessions are designed to fit perfectly into your busy schedule while delivering high-impact learning.
