Circular saws, Chop Saws, 3D Printer.  Do you know of any donations for these are other tools?

Yes he did.  
We are dealing with situations where items are scarce, non existent or the price is outrageous.  We can actually make them for pennies on a 3D printer.  All donations are being utilized
